Meet Wendy Gardner-Ferrari

Wendy grew up in Southern California and came to the East Bay area to attend U.C. Berkeley and made Oakland her home. She obtained two degrees from U.C. Berkeley, but took courses in Real Estate in 1980 and entered the real estate field and never looked back. She married and raised two daughters in Oakland. Her daughters are now independent, and Wendy is selling property to her daughter’s friends and past clients’ children as well as her new clients.

- Ranked in the top 3% in Coldwell Banker Northern California in 1985, 1986, 1988, and 1989 (1355 agents)
- Became a owner/partner of Pacific Union in 1990 in order to provide quality marketing services to clients.
- Wendy uses her full-time experience to help people make informed buying and selling decisions. She advises in the preparation of a home for sale in order to help her clients get the best possible return. Her goal with buyers is to find the home you want at a price you can afford and success in a competitive environment.
